St George Ski & Holiday, Bansko

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and the food was simply delicious with a diverse menu. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. However, we faced some minor issues with our room's amenities that could use improvement, and not all staff interactions were as pleasant as hoped.

The hotel had a cozy ambiance and provided decent value for money, with a relaxing spa experience and helpful staff. However, the breakfast schedule was inconvenient for early skiers, and the overall dining options left something to be desired. There were also issues with maintenance that detracted from the enjoyment.
